• No Refunds: Once you have reached your destination, no refunds will be issued for the car rental service. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking after the driver has reached your pickup location, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the driver's travel to your location. This fee covers the driver's time and fuel expenses.
• Early Termination: If you choose to end the service prematurely before reaching your destination, no refunds will be provided. The full fare for the entire booked journey will be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the service has begun. We recommend careful consideration of your travel plans before booking.
